All orders are shipped from Australia! I am currently using AuPost services to ship all orders.

Yes! I ship internationally, available to most countries.

The cost of shipping price is automated through checkout. Please keep in mind that shipping prices will vary according to the item type or package size. I will be using stamped mail, flat/bubble mailers and boxes.

Stamped Mail is designated for small FLAT items such as stickers and A6 postcards. (No Tracking) 

Metered Mail/Parcel is mandatory for large prints, acrylic charms, coasters and stationery (Tracking Available)

I currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Stripe, Paypal and Apple Pay Services.

Orders placed are fulfilled every week working days at AU TimeZone. Orders typically ship within 7-21 business days. I will try my best to get it to you as soon as possible. I am a one-person operation here, so when large releases happen or there can be delays during the holiday season and/ or due to the global pandemic. If there is a hold-up for any other reason, I will contact you via email to let you know. (Please make sure to check your spam folder!) Thank you for understanding ♥

*Pre-Orders placed can generally take 2-4 before shipment due to the production process. 

If you have placed an order with an instock item and a pre-order item together, they will be shipped altogether when all the pre-order items have arrived at my address. 

If you wished to have your (instock) item shipped sooner, please place a separate order excluding pre-order items.

AU Domestic: 1-2 weeks
International: 3-8 weeks

You will receive an email with tracking details once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. This is for tracked shipping only. For stamped (snail) letter mail, you will receive an email that the order is fulfilled with non-tracking.

Letter mail can take up to 1 to 2 weeks for domestic. However, there can be delays during the holiday season and/ or due to the global pandemic. If you have not received your letter mail, please allow up to one month and if you still have not received it please contact me via email.

Once you place an order and have sent the wrong shipping address please IMMEDIATELY contact me via email with your *order reference details! 

Can I Refund/Cancel my order?

I am unable to refund/cancel or adjust orders during sales and/or shipped-out orders. Once orders are placed it is finalised after the checkout process.

Please contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding your package for you due to customs. Please note that I am not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to me.

If there are problems regarding the order it will be reviewed within 5 working days. Replacement/Return requests only if (a) there is a missing Product or a shipping error that is at the fault of TinyBloomBear Shop and (b) TinyBloomBear receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing with no delivery confirmation or tracking number.
